Payment and Shipping
All products remain The Tight Collective's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. We use Shopify Pay (credit card payments) and Klarna as payment options. All transfers conducted through The Tight Collective are transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored by The Tight Collective and all card details are sent over SSL encryption.
What do I do if my payment has not been captured?
If you are not able to pay with your debit or credit card, it is usually because your card is issued in another country than the one you are ordering from. Our payment system automatically blocks these transactions for safety reasons to minimize online fraud. If you are not able to pay with your card, we recommend you to try another payment method or contact us at email@example.com and we will help you out.
Information regarding VAT (moms)
When you order from a country within the EU, Hong Kong, China, Singapore or Switzerland (orders below 2 400 SEK) and Australia / New Zealand (orders below 6 000 SEK) you pay the price including Swedish VAT.
You are required to pay an approximate fee of $9 for shipping outside of Sweden. We use a standard postal service, PostNord, for all orders and delivery time is between 3-10 business days outside of Sweden. Packages not retrieved within 14 days will be returned to The Tight Collective.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.
For packages that are not claimed at your post office within 14 days, The Tight Collective reserves the right to charge you a document fee to cover return shipping, freight and companies' administrative costs.
