If you wish to exchange or return your purchase from The Tight Collective, please send an email to hello@thetightcollective.com

In the email you need to specify:
- your order number
- your name
- the item you wish to exchange or return

You are welcome to exchange or return your order within 14 days from delivery date (which is specified on your order confirmation). To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible and help you in the best possible way. Unused and unopened products can be returned within 14 days from the time you receive your delivery.
